The Boston Fleet had their work cut out for them Saturday night as they faced the Ottawa Charge in Ontario. The Charge opened up the scoring early in the first period with a goal from forward Victoria Bach, but the Fleet responded quickly with a goal of their own from defender Sidney Morin. A goal at the end of the second period for the Fleet’s Hannah Bilka was overturned upon review, sending the Fleet to overtime for the fourth straight game.
Morin came up clutch, scoring for the second time in the night and on the season for the 2-1 overtime win.
