The Boston Celtics obliterated the Brooklyn Nets at TD Garden on Friday night.
It was a special game for Celtics center Nikola Vucevic, who dropped 28 points and tallied 11 rebounds off the bench for Boston, his most productive game in a green and white uniform so far.
Vucevic was 9-of-13 from the field, 3-of-3 from 3-point range, and 7-of-7 from the line on the night. He also finished with four assists and a block.
Vucevic was Boston co-leading scorer on Friday, along with All-Star starter Jaylen Brown, who also scored 28 to go along with nine assists, seven rebounds, and two steals.
Payton Pritchard added 22 points off the bench and was an astounding +40 in the game.

But the victory was most meaningful for Vucevic, who hadn’t yet eclipsed the 20-point mark in a game for the Celtics.
Boston is now 39-20 on the season, including a 19-9 record at home. Next up, the Celtics will host the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday night.
